These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pravah ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App (or 16 years old in certain jurisdictions such as the EU/UK). By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and all activities that occur under your account.
Premium plans are advertised as "Unlimited subscriptions"*. This means you may track up to 150 subscriptions on a Premium plan. This limit applies to all Premium tiers (Monthly and Yearly).
Pravah reserves the right to modify, reduce, or otherwise change the subscription limit at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the service after any such change constitutes acceptance of the new limit.
Push notifications (renewal reminders) are available on the iOS and Android mobile apps. On the web version, notifications are not available yet; the web app displays upcoming renewals on the dashboard only. We may add web notifications in the future.
Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Stripe (web). All payment processing is handled by these platforms. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the respective platform (Apple, Google, or Stripe) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, or misuse the App in any way that could harm users or the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, design, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend access without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be free from errors or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pravah and its developers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pravah (Anantam) is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted, with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
